Greetings!!
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I thank you for visiting the
Rudolph W. Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc. (RWSMSF) website. The Mu Nu Chapter (Montgomery County, MD) of the Omega Psi Phi
Fraternity, Inc. established RWSMSF in March 1978 with the goals
of supporting African American males in their pursuit of a college education, and supporting Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs).
Troy Manigault | President of the Board
The Founders of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. recognized the importance of intellect in all matters pertaining to the advancement of humankind. As such, they made Scholarship one of the Fraternity's four Cardinal Principles -- Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift.
Scholarship is no side issue; it is an integral and deep-rooted component of this organization. Every member, Chapter, and District of the Fraternity is dedicated to Scholarship. Thus, the men of Mu Nu Chapter established RWSMSF in March 1978 and secured its IRS approval as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to help increase the number of African-American male college/university students, and to assist in the preservation of HBCUs by providing financial assistance to qualifying and deserving Montgomery County Public School (MCPS) African-American male, graduating high school seniors enrolling in HBCUs.
Please enjoy our website and share it with others. And please visit our Donate page to help deserving MCPS African-American male, high school graduating seniors start their HBCU journey.
Thanks again and please visit us again for information updates and to donate.
