How to Apply

Scholarship applications are accepted annually between February 1 and May 1 by email at info@rwsmsf.org, or by postal mail addressed to Rudolph W. Snowden Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc., P.O. Box 10607, Silver Spring, Maryland 20914.  The annual submission deadline is May 1st by the email received date or by the postmarked date if by postal mail.  Click below for the RWSMSF Application Package.  You may elect to complete a packages using either the PDF format or the locked Word format.  Complete the application by typing.
