How to Apply
Scholarship applications are accepted annually by email at info@rwsmsf.org or by postal mail addressed to Rudolph W. Snowden Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc., P.O. Box 10607, Silver Spring, Maryland 20914. The annual submission deadline is May 1st. Click below for the RWSMSF Application Package. You may elect to complete a packages using either the PDF format or the locked Word format.
